1 Day Archery Experience in Kitante, Kampala

Morning:

• 9:00 AM: Arrive at the Archery Range in Kitante. You can take a taxi or ride-sharing app to get there.

• 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Get registered and meet your instructor. There will be a safety briefing and introduction to archery equipment. Learn about the different parts of a bow and arrow, and how to handle them safely.

• 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Begin your guided archery session. The instructor will teach you the basic techniques of archery, including proper stance, grip, aiming, and releasing the arrow. You’ll practice shooting at targets at a close distance.

Afternoon:

• 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Break for lunch. There are several restaurants and cafes located near the archery range, or you can bring your own packed lunch.
• 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Continue practicing your archery skills. You can now try shooting at targets from a farther distance. The instructor will provide feedback and help you improve your accuracy.
• 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Archery games and competition. Put your newfound skills to the test in some fun archery games. You can compete against your friends or family, or just try to improve your own score.

Here are some additional things to keep in mind:

• Wear comfortable clothing and shoes that you can move around in easily.
• Bring sunscreen and a hat if it’s going to be a sunny day.
• No prior experience is necessary. This activity is suitable for beginners and experienced archers alike.
